Expanded our education program to include more than 60 classes covering all the major departments in our industry.

Named Chairman of the TCAP Committee.
Began meeting with insurers to find a Disability plan for the Local.

Revamped the Annuity Fund to include more choices and replace lagging funds with funds which meet their benchmarks.
