IATSE Canada logo

ABBOTSFORD, BC – Following the filing of a certification, IATSE Local 118 has reached a first collective agreement with Spectra Venue Management for work performed at the Abbotsford Sports and Entertainment Centre. The certification was filed in the fall of last year and the agreement was signed on March 3. This agreement with Local 118 serves as an extension of the existing international agreement between IATSE and Spectra.

The Abbotsford Centre has arena seating of 7,000 and can expand to 8,500 for concert seating. Upcoming events include the FMX Freestyle Motocross World Tour and the I Love the 90s Tour, featuring Salt N Pepa and Vanilla Ice.

IATSE Local 118 members are looking forward to working under the International’s agreement and having access to health and retirement benefits for work performed at this beautifully constructed, modern venue.
